About PaperPDFs
PaperPDFs is a browser-based generator for everyday printable PDF templates: calendars, weekly and daily planners, graph, dot grid and lined paper, cleaning checklists, attendance and sign-in sheets. The site exists to give you one clean, print-ready PDF in a few clicks — without a signup, an upload or a watermark.
Why PaperPDFs exists
A lot of free printable templates online live behind logins, are buried under ads, or are shared as low-resolution images instead of clean PDFs. PaperPDFs focuses on a single job: helping you go from “I need a printable sheet” to “I have a PDF I can print on my home, school or office printer” as quickly as possible.
How it works
- Generated in your browser. Every PDF is built client-side. The text you type into a template stays on your device — nothing is uploaded to a server to be rendered.
- A4 and US Letter. Each template supports both page sizes, so the layout matches your printer instead of being scaled at print time.
- Fill in before printing or print blank. Type your dates, names or tasks into the preview before exporting, or leave the fields empty and print a blank version to write on by hand.
- No watermark. Exported PDFs do not carry a PaperPDFs watermark on the printed page.
- No account, no upload. You do not need to sign up, and no files are uploaded.
What PaperPDFs is not
PaperPDFs provides general-purpose, everyday printable templates. The templates are not a substitute for official, legal, tax or medical forms. For those, use the original documents from the relevant authority or institution.
Privacy
Anything you type into a template is processed locally in your browser. PaperPDFs does not store the PDFs you generate. For more detail, see the Privacy page.
